WHAT IS THE DATE, TIME AND PLACE OF PERFORMANCE?
The Connected Smart Cities & Mobility Nacional 2021 will be held in a hybrid format between September 1st and 3rd, 2021.
The face-to-face event will take place on the 1st and 2nd at the Frei Caneca Convention Center – R. Frei Caneca, 569 – Consolação, São Paulo and on the 3rd the event will be in digital format only.

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT?
Digital format: An exclusive platform will be developed to hold the event in digital format. Each participant will have individual access to the system, through a link for access with password and personalized login. On the platform it will be possible to select the lectures, visit the booths in the virtual expo, speak with exhibitors and participants through thematic channels and individually via chat. You will not need to install any applications to participate in CSCM DX, either on your computer or on your cell phone.
HOW DO I WITHDRAW MY CREDENTIAL?
Face-to-face format: The Credential for access to the event must be taken from the event’s accreditation, just present the registration voucher with the QR code and a photo ID.
At the end of the purchase you will receive in your e-mail the access voucher with the QR Code. It can also be accessed directly from the Sympla application.
* it is not necessary to print the voucher, it can be presented directly from the cell phone (the environment thanks ❤)
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY REGISTRATION?
– Participation in the 3 days of the event online;
– Access to all lecture rooms (no capacity limit);
– Access to the presentation of the Ranking and the Connected Smart Cities Award;
– Access to all lectures, recorded, for two more months after CSCM DX;
– Visit to the online fair and interact with exhibitors via chat;

CAN I CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?
Yes. Cancellations will be accepted if requested within 07 (seven) consecutive days after the ticket purchase, as long as 48 hours before the event, without exception. If the ticket was purchased using the group purchase option, canceling a subscription cancels the entire group package, and the purchase process has to be redone.

Important: once a ticket has been accredited, it will no longer be possible to change the ownership of this ticket.
CAN I PARTICIPATE IN AN EVENT DAY AND ANOTHER PERSON PARTICIPATE IN ANOTHER?
Unfortunately not! The ticket is nominal and only the accredited participant can withdraw the credential, or in the case of the digital login and password provided.

CAN I JUST BUY A SPECIFIC LECTURE OR AN EVENT DAY?
Unfortunately not! When you register for the event, you have access to a whole set of simultaneous panels, being able to decide which ones you want to participate in, but it is not possible to buy an exclusive ticket for a single day or a single lecture.
ARE THERE FREE ACTIVITIES?
Unfortunately not! The event is aimed at the business public, only those registered and invited can participate.
HOW TO PAY MY REGISTRATION?
All registrations can be purchased by bank slip (with a payment period of 2 business days), online debit and credit card (up to 12x with interest).
HOW TO MAKE A BOLETO IN THE NAME OF MY COMPANY?
When you register, the field for entering the participant’s data will appear and when you select the payment option “boleto” the information “generate boleto on behalf of” appears, you must enter the company data and next to the name enter the CNPJ.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE BOLETO PAYMENT DATE?
No. For reasons of system and guidance of the Central Bank, it is no longer possible to change the date of the invoice that has been issued. The deadline for payment via boleto is two working days.
DO YOU ISSUE INVOICE?
Yes. Once the payment is confirmed, your NF will be sent within 10 business days after the payment date to the email provided at the time of registration.

IS THERE ANY EXTRA SERVICE FEES OR ANY TAX INCIDENCE?
The value of the current lot is what you pay, without any additional fee. For fairs, exhibitions, events and congresses there is no need to withhold taxes.
WHO HAS THE RIGHT TO HALF ENTRY TO THE EVENT?
ELDERLY: People over 60 years old can purchase their tickets at a 50% discount only at the accreditation at the event site in accordance with the Elderly Statute (Law No. 10.741 / 2003, cap V, art 23).

In the case of the face-to-face event, the lecture rooms are subject to capacity according to the audience’s distribution, but they are sized to meet the event’s demand.
